[aquatherm Blog](https://blog.aquatherm.de/en-gb) 3. How aquatherm supports you with prefabrication 26\. July 2022 2 min. If you decide to use prefabricated components for your future plastic piping system, you have a strong partner at your side with aquatherm, who shall support you before, during, and after the prefabrication process. We offer our products and local services worldwide and work closely with long-standing partners in more than 70 countries. With this approach, we ensure that you can use our plastic pipelines in the highest quality, "100% Made in Germany" globally. In the following article, we will show you how we support you step by step on the way to a prefabricated plastic piping system.    ## Before the prefabrication process: Enquiry and review: During the planning phase we can help you with your enquiry and assess the requirements of your project: Within the scope of your enquiry we can jointly take a look at your data, facts, and CAD drawings that are available to you. We can also offer you our support in the preliminary planning phase.  For this, you submit your data: This can be a CAD drawing, ideally an .STP, .DWG, .RVT file or a dimensioned hand sketch. With the help of our distribution query form, the most important information can be collected quickly. As soon as all documents are available, the planning team checks them for plausibility and completeness.    ## Planning and coordination before prefabrication The aquatherm construction department carries out the planning of the manifolds and other required components with the help of professional software like INVENTOR or REVIT. In the next step we take care of the preparation of the CAD drawing - including a parts list. This contains all the components and assemblies you will need for your future plastic piping system. The CAD drawing is sent to you by the design department for checking and production approval. If you prefer, we can also send your our CAD data. You can then transfer these to your own planning software.   ## During the prefabrication process The required [prefabricated aquatherm](https://www.aquatherm.de/en-gb/solutions-products/products/aquatherm-services/) components are then manufactured. For this process, a team of 20 staff, as well as the most modern and partly self-developed processing machines, are available on a production area of app. 1,600 sqm.   ## After prefabrication: Testing and delivery To ensure the quality of the aquatherm prefabrication, each component undergoes a quality control with the corresponding functional test.  For delivery, the assen´mblies are then packaged in a penultimate step. These are packed securely and ready for dispatch. We send the finished and packaged assemblies directly to your construction site via the wholesale partner from whom you placed your order. If you wish, we can check the delivered components again.  If you are not yet sure whether you want to use aquatherm prefabrication for the production of plastic pipe systems? The article „[Prefabrication on the construction site saves time and money](https://blog.aquatherm.de/en-gb/prefabrication-on-the-construction-site-saves-time-and-money)“ outlines the positives of doing so.   ## Dive into the aquatherm product world on our online seminars To get to know our products and their application possibilities, immerse yourself in the aquatherm product world in one of our online seminars where you will receive a comprehensive introduction. If you have detailed questions about prefabrication, please make an appointment to visit our headquarters in Attendoirn, Germany. We look forward to seeing you! Are you interested in our training courses? Our [training page](https://www.aquatherm.de/en-gb/aquatherm-knowhow/trainings/)gives you an overview of our seminars on the topics of plastic pipe systems, prefabrication, and efficiency in contstruction.   ## Conclusion: aquatherm prefabrication is so much more Whether before, during, or after prefabrication - at every step we support you with expertise which has been gathered over decades: - Assistance with your pre-planning, - Checking your documents for plausibility and completeness, - Creation and provision of a CAD drawing as well as the corresponding parts list of all components, - Assurence of aquatherm quality, - Safe delivery of the prefabrication to your construction site, - Or participation in an aquatherm training session. You do not have to worry about the planning; we at aquatherm already cover this for you during prefabrication. You can concentrate completely on your project and the corrdination of the trades involved. Would you like to learn more about prefabrication?
